By accessing or using Brag ("the Service"), a product of Signal Progress, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Brag is a post-purchase outcome tracking and proof generation platform for D2C brands. The Service allows merchants to collect verified buyer outcomes and publish proof blocks on product pages and in advertising materials.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be a legitimate business or authorized representative of one

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Falsify or manipulate outcome data
• Make false or misleading claims about your products
• Violate any applicable advertising regulations or guidelines
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to collect data from minors

5. Pricing and Payment

Free Tier: Includes 10 participants at no cost.
Pro Tier: $599 one-time unlock fee, plus usage-based pricing per participant.

Usage fees are billed monthly based on the number of verified buyers enrolled in results flows. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Data and Content

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide the Service.

Customer Data: You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before enrolling them in outcome tracking flows.

Proof Blocks: You are responsible for ensuring any claims made using our proof blocks comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations (including FTC guidelines).

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Signal Progress and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Brag name, logo, and "Brag Verified" badge are trademarks of Signal Progress.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNAL PROGRESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signal Progress and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
